When will my order be shipped after I place it?
After your order is confirmed, we will typically ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You can check the delivery status from My Page.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellations and changes can be made before shipping. Please contact us promptly via "Order History" in My Page or through the inquiry form. We cannot accept cancellations after shipping.
Do I have to register to make a purchase?
You can purchase as a guest without registering. If you register as a member, you can check your order history, save your address, and save your favorites.

How much is the shipping?
Shipping is a flat 500 yen (tax included) nationwide. Orders over 5,000 yen qualify for free shipping. We will notify you separately for oversized items (boxes, cartons, etc.).
Which delivery company do you use?
We use a combination of Nekoposu, Yu-packet, Takkyubin Compact, and Yamato Transport's Takkyubin, depending on the size of the product. The tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation email.
Can I specify the delivery date and time?
Only deliveries handled by Takkyubin can be specified in the remarks column when ordering. Nekoposu and Yu-Packet cannot be specified by date and time.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, convenience store payments, and bank transfers.
What is the payment deadline for convenience store payments?
Please pay within 7 days of placing your order. If the deadline is not met, your order will be automatically canceled.

Regarding the card's condition
What are the criteria for card conditions, such as "mint" or "damaged"?
Our store uses the following grading standards:
[Perfect] No white chips, scratches, or dirt whatsoever.
[Excellent] Very minor white chips, does not affect play.
[Damaged] Visible white chips, scratches, or scuffs.
[Heavily Damaged] Playable, but with noticeable damage.
These grades assume use within a playmat and sleeves.
What if the condition of the received card is different from the image?
Please contact us via the inquiry form with photos within 3 days of arrival. We will process a return, refund, or exchange for an equivalent item.

How can I request a purchase?
You can apply via the application form on the purchase page. Please specify the card name, rarity, condition, and quantity when submitting.
Will the purchase amount be transferred immediately?
After the assessment is complete, once we receive your confirmation of the amount, we will make the payment via bank transfer on the same day or the next business day.
